Product: HP Chromebook x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a laptop that I bought in the United States, I currently live in Mexico.
Do I need the purchase invoice to create a service request?
I have called HP Latin America support but they mention that I need the purchase invoice so that they can review my HP product, only in this way. I did not get an invoice when I bought my laptop.
How can I validate my guarantee in a country where I did not buy it, and without an invoice?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
HP has a global warranty on the notebook for 1 year only on the hardware issue.
I'd suggest you contact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
