If this is something in Windows, then see

Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings

Check / Adjust your setup / settings

and / or

Click the option "How does syncing work?" for more information




If the message is something originating in your browser, you need to check your browser "sync" settings.

Firefox, for example, (with a Firefox account) can "sync" at least parts of your Firefox setup.
