HP 3 year w/Accidental Damage
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased 3 years of warranty but HP recorded only 2 years of warranty on my profile. After sending them the purchase supports, they claimed that they would update the warranty period within 24 hours. They also claimed that they would send a transcript of the chat. None of these were done and:

1. attempts to have a chat with a live agent sees me being redirected to a virtual agent incapable of assisting with the issue and

2. attempts to speak to a live agents sees Holly carrying me through the ringer.

 

I feel like I have been robbed and HP customer service seems to be inaccessible.
