HP Recommended

I try to run diagnostics and it runs but won't boot up the laptop for use. It keeps coming back to the running diagnostics page no matter how many diagnostics you run. It refuses to do a hard drive check  due to SMART check in not installed and short DST  is also not installed. Please help me
