Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop fell on the floor on to side where the charger hole is while the charger was connected. Since then, whenever the charger is plugged in laptop heat increases and fan noise gets louder. I updated BİOS, cool sense is open, I tried to clean the air holes, nothing has changed. 
And there is also this change of laptop noise whenever the charger is plugged out. 
Plus, I tried to charge the laptop with another charger the same issues continued.
What should I do?

It may be a problem with power management settings. You open the power option of the control panel, in the advanced settings
Set the maximum performance to automatic adaptation, or mid-range performance to see if it is resolved.
