Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So when ever i use a app on my windows 10 laptop it jumps to 100% cpu and i have no idea to fix it i have watched Youtube videos, but that did not fix my problem here are some screen shots from task manager

 

When i am not using a app:

Also it actually runs higher, so i will be happy if you guys can help also when i use the app it does not lag my laptop it slows it down also if i try to multitask it starts to lag and even slow down my laptop more.

From your screenshots, you're using the Chrome Browser -- and that is know for being a process hog in Win10.

 

Shut down Chrome and then look at your processor demands.
