When we try to import photographs from an Iphone SE, PC locates photos but does not import, sticks

In the last month we have been no longer able to import photographs from an iPhone SE to our PC. The PC can locate all of the pictures however cannot import them. No error message or any information is displayed

I'm afraid HP & Microsoft both do not support XP anymore, that said,, if you have issues with iPhone SE file transfer to XP, you may want to contact them for assistance,
