Hi whenever I try to increase the brightness a notification occurs that says HP software framework is not installed or not running. Please download and install HP software framework with this link ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpag/CASLSetup.exe. You will need to restart the system after installation.
