Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

While I am performing various tasks on my computer, it gives off intermittent warning sounds. The sounds occur at seemingly random times and it doesn't matter what computer operation I am performing. I hear what sounds similar to someone tapping their car horn..."bamp-bamp" is what I hear every 30 seconds or so while checking emails, working in Google Docs, and even reading/listening to an online book!  HELP!
