So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC: The serial number is [edit]. It is a LAPTOP-QL9I72T2.
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10): I believe it is a 64 bit operating systems, x64-based processor.
3) Age of the PC: I believe it is bout 2 years old.
4) Detailed description of the problem -- including the EXACT wording of any error message being displayed. i am having problem to reload window 10 pro on the Laptop. I tried everything that I could and I pushed the "Reset" and deleted all my data and then I purchased a Window 10 pro. The Laptop indicate that Window 10 pro is updated but I do not see "Word" apps or any other apps. I have seen one of the error code that looks like this: 0x80072F6-0x20016.
5) Product ID is 3TS79UA#ABA. I hope that someone can help me with this problem. Thanks

Hi:
What I recommend is that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
You will need to have access to another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility.
