Hi,
My customer want to buy, HP Pavilion 14-ce1061tx(5SE60PA), it comes with windows 10. If my customer want to buy this model that comes with windows 10 pro, does it become CTO model? or we need buy separate window 10 pro? And does it compatible with this model?

Hi:
Your customer can easily upgrade to W10 Pro after purchasing the model they want, by reading the info at the link below...
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12384/windows-10-upgrading-home-to-pro
Your customer can buy Windows 10 Pro from the Microsoft Store. Select the Start button, select Settings > Update & Security > Activation, and then select Go to Microsoft Store.
This would the only way to get the upgrade to W10 Pro for that model.
It should be compatible because all this does is unlock the features of W10 Pro in a few minutes.
Everything remains on the hard drive (programs, files, settings, etc.).
