Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know from when my Laptops's windows hello face recognition stopped worked but I just noticed it. It says the laptop's camera does not support Windows Hello Face, which earlier used to. I tried updating the IR driver but it didn't work. I hope someone can help me with a solution.

Please advise, my windows hello face said its unavailable on HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0004

All device software already updated, hello fingerprint is working.
