My Windows Media Player keeps freezing and screen turns foggy white and I have to hard kill my HP 15 Windows 7laptop. This is the error report I get. Can someone help me please.

Hello,

 

Windows media player is not developed by HP, you would need to contact Microsoft regarding this.

 

Personally, I would recommend using another media player such as VLC.
