I have recently switched out the ssd for a larger capacity one, and thus reinstalled windows. I had expected microsoft office to be reinstalled automatically, given the machine came with office already onboard and that I used the very same machine to create a bootable usb drive. However, upon booting the fresh windows install, I no longer have access to Office, and none of my accounts is recognised as having a subscription. I also do not have a product key as, as I have said, it came preinstalled on the machine. So now I'm stuck with the online apps instead.
How can I resolve this isssue?

Firstly MS Office did not come with your machine. Even Even MS Office came with computer it won't be automatically installed. You have to re-install yourself.
Now, the best option is to contact Microsoft and ask them for help. They are very helpful.
Regards.
