Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard disk was burnt, so I replace it...but I don’t have the windows, to restore the system, how can I get a copy of the windows from HP???

Hi:

 

Since that model is not sold in the United States or Canada, you would have to contact HP support in your country and see if they have recovery media for it.

You can always reinstall W10 for free by making bootable media using the Media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
