X27 240 hertz problem
01-17-2021 08:23 AM

I bought the x27 240 hertz monitor, 4 months ago and I still haven't managed to turn on the 240 hz mode (bruh). Can someone help me as I still can't find anything on the internet? 😕

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- What is the make and model of the computer to which the monitor is connected?
- Have you checked the monitor on a different computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!
Take care.
Cheers!

1. The monitor is connected to a HP OMEN 15. It's connected via HDMI cable.
2. No, I haven't checked on another system because I don't have one and I don't want to send it to a local service for testing.
3. I did try troubleshooting it. I downloaded the latest drivers and I did factory reset it before.
I don't know what to do at this point 🙁.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver on the computer from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
