Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

New laptop and zoom and teams keep freezing,  this is just specific to this laptop; as they work perfectly on older laptop.  this laptop was recently returned to HP for repair,  I have just got it back and it is still the exact same so they clearly did nothing or didnt know how to fix the issue;  the laptop is 3 months old
