activation failed genuine office home & student 2016

HP 15-DA0327TU
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

purchaed 15-da0327tu lap in january. now only tyied to activate office. asked email id when i go for activation. i given my gmail id. the system goes to next page with 3 option. 1. trial for 30 days. 2. purchase. 3. enter KEY. it genuine inbult office. but am not able to activate. please help

First off, the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version, and since that expires, it does NOT activate.

IF you are trying activate that version, you will not succeed.

Second, if you believe that you purchased Office included with your HP PC, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly because we here can not assist you in that activation.
