Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I had bought a laptop for hp ( Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop Pc) . This laptop specification says that it is come with free Microsoft office 2019 with life time validity but the problem is when I get the laptop, it comes with Microsoft office 2021 and it has validity up to 1 year. how can I get the Microsoft office 2019 with life time validity...?
