anyone please help me, i just bought a hp 245 g7 laptop and it turned out to be very bad for making video content, i want to improve the performance in the bios, but advanced is not available, how do i show the hidden advanced, my bios version is f.73 bios vendor AMI specs ryzen 5 2500u

Hello.
There are no hidden overclocking settings in BIOS or anything like that. Have you identified the bottleneck?
Set the Power Mode in Windows Power & Battery settings to Best Performance.
HP 245 G7 was a value-priced laptop, so you cannot expect miracles from it. The laptop supports dual channel memory so if you have a single memory module installed, the memory subsystem is not working optimally and you can boost operations by having two (identical) memory modules installed.
If your laptop has a hard drive, I would strongly advice to replace it with an SSD for much fast storage operations. If you are using an external USB drive for your video operations, try moving the project to your internal storage.
Finally, you can try the AMD Ryzen Master utility (from AMD site) to perhaps make the CPU run faster with more power than what HP has set.
