OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7U0AV)

Model 16-b1014nl. So one day I turn on my 16-b1014nl laptop and I get a blue screen telling me that Windows didn't start correctly, I restart the PC, turn it off but nothing is wrong. I tried to restore but it doesn't work, it wouldn't even let me do a factory reset. Later I manage to do a factory reset and everything is resolved. now the problem is that I have lost the default apps and the exclusive wallpaper of the PC, you know that omen app, the hp one which is used to check drivers and problems and instead omen for the fans there is nothing left, not even the wallpaper with the ball that every PC of my specific brand has. I have nothing left, I lost the pre-installed apps and the pre-installed wallpaper, what do I do? There is a way to get it all back

Unless I am mistaken your omen supports cloud recovery to factory state.

Open up the Microsoft windows store by running WSRESET in the search bar and download the HP cloud recovery tool.

Make sure you back up important documents to restore them after the factory recovery
