Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 IDS Base Model

My laptop's battery went from 100 to 16% in less than an hour and I have around 6 tabs open for school so nothing special. Ive been running battery checks and it says its fine so should I be worried or is there anything else I should be doing?
