Product: HP Laptop 17-by3009cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today my battery just started dying after about 5 -10 seconds of being unplugged which has never happened before so when I used the HP support assistant I was met with a notification saying I needed a battery replacement but I don't know what my model number is nor do I have the tools to open the back of my laptop and check can anyone help me?
