Pavilion Notebook 17 - f133ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am almost certain that when I originally got my laptop before the update of windows 10, I had bluetooth. Then once, the  original Windows 10 came out I upgraded, and not 100% sure if it went missing then, or not. I do know that once the celebration edition came out, my bluetooth is missing.

I went to hp.com support section to reinstall the Realtek bluetooth, but no change whatsoever. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know. This is frustrating knowing that the update messes up everything.

Thank  you,

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs page.

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04441981

It does not come with built in bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN Wireless Connectivity specification.

No doubt your notebook comes with a Realtek 8188EE wifi adapter, which is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.
