@magesh20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Download and install HP CoolSense from the HP CoolSense Technology download site (Version 2.2)

   NOTE:

HP CoolSense requires accelerometer and thermal control hardware only available on select computers.

(by the end of this document, all the issues should be resolved)

Please understand that this is a passive application and manages the fan/cooling system on its own, none of the settings can be tweaked using this program.

If the downloaded software asks you for .NET framework,

  • Open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'.  From the new layout, select Programs and Features.
  • Click on Turn Windows features on or off in the left hand pane.
  • When this window has loaded, enter a check mark against .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) then click Ok and follow through the procedure to install this.

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
