Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Eseguito il controllo di tutto il sistema con il supporto HP ,superati tutti i test, eseguito controllo stampante  MULTIFUNZIONE HP ENVY 4525 serie TH77T4MOMV COD. PROD. K9TO9B tutto ok . Prima dell'ultimo aggiornamento del sistema operativo la stampante era già esistente e non ha mai dato problemi e le app funzionavano . Chiedo aiuto urgente perchè non si apre nessun collegamento. Grazie
