need to reset my compaq mini110 to factory settings does not have a disc drive have tried f11 but does not work, i am runing on windows xp , and does not have a restore manager ,just restore point this is how the problem started tried to go back to a restore point please help

If you cannot get it to restore, you can order restore discs here for a small fee.
What is the full model number?

I don't find that number, here are all the mini 110 numbers
Try F11 again, this time start tapping it repeatedly after pushing the power button to start the laptop

just to let you know i was watching QVC and the compaq mini 110 with window 7 was on to day and a customer phoned in and had loads of problems like every one else her warranty had ran out and when she ran hp support she was told there was nothing they could do bu the gentleman on the tv said stay on the line and i will sort it out ,i think this was just because he was on the tv and people are going to not buy if there are perminant problems so he said he would help but if she did not ring she would just get fobed of
