15-ac112na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all I am new to this community support and in desperate need of help. The hard drive on my laptop (Model 15-ac112na) is completely dead and none responsive. I have fitted a new hard drive, but having looked at the list of drivers on HP's web page I have no idea which of the drivers I should be downloading for my new hard drive (1TB seagate). I would greatly appreciate any help you can give. Thank you in advance.

Hi:

Under the chipset and graphics section, where you see the same driver description, you want the ones for the Braswell chipset.

I also recommend you use the HP support assistant, which may automatically install most of the drivers for you.

You can download the HP support assistant from the link below.
