Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp officejet 5610 all in one printer.  I do not have the cd that went with it.  I tried to download the software but the site says it is unavailable. Is there anyway to get this so Ican use this printer?

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you install the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps to install HP Smart App from this link.
