Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,
I'm struggling to get my laptop CPU temperature

I need to get it and use in a batch script, then I'm trying with WMIC tool

I have two HP laptops (models HP 250 G6 and HP 255 G6) and with one of those (255 G6) the following statement successfully works:

wmic /namespace:\\root\cimv2 PATH Win32_PerfFormattedData_Counters_ThermalZoneInformation get Temperature /value

with the second one (250 G6) that statement returns me wrongs values (it seems more likely the room temperature...)

What is the reason? How can I get that CPU temperature?

thanks,

marco
