In order to convert ANY file you have to know clearly two things:
1) format of the original file
2) format desired for the converted file
You said "email pdf" file -- but all the email services I use do NOT use or create PDF files. This is something you have to do yourself -- as email files are usually proprietary format to the email service you are using.
We have no tools here for file conversion -- so your best bet is to Google about (1) HOW to do this, and (2) what apps are available (free or paid) to use for this.
