Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue with my HP AF112NT laptop. Unfortunately, I am unable to download the correct graphics driver from the official HP support page, as it appears the drivers have been removed or are no longer available.

When I attempt to download and install the graphics driver from AMD's website, the performance is extremely poor, causing my laptop to crash frequently. The only stable driver for my laptop was the one previously available on the HP support page, but it is no longer accessible.

This issue is significantly impacting my ability to use my laptop for daily tasks, and I kindly request your help in resolving it. Could you please:

1. Provide a direct link to download the correct graphics driver for my HP AF112NT laptop, or

2. Re-upload the driver to the HP support page so that I and other users can access it?

I understand that older models may no longer be a priority, but I believe many users like myself still rely on these devices and would greatly appreciate your support in maintaining their functionality.

You can use the same drivers from the HP 255 G4--the business class equivalent of your notebook.

Do not use the latest BIOS update.   That was only released for the 255 G4.

You can use any of the previous ones on the support page (F.28 and earlier).
