Product: ZBook 14u G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After reinstaling OS on ZBook 14u G5 and changing the computer name I cannot run HP Sure Click. After the notebook's restart or after the manual intializing from the Desktop Console there apears a message "HP Sure Click Initialization Error". I have Windows 10 build 1803 and HP Sure click version 4.1.0.5734. But the same behavior is with the older as well as with the newer version. Also changing the computer name back had no influence.Could somene help me, please? Thank you.
