hello,

man i hope somebody can please help me, for 3 days already i haven't been able to use my hp notebook/laptop model # 17-AK051nr because for some reason it has my wrong logo signin and it won't accept my password. the logo which was my name in a circle i've had the same since i bought this laptop and the password i have it wont take at all and won't let me reset it either. please please someone help me, i'm lost  thank you very very much
