issue with the graphic drivers

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

hello every one 


i am facing an display driver problem issue with my device 

its showing radeon setting: host application has stopped working

i have uninstalled and installed again but i am facing the same issue

i don't know how to resolve it 

As my device has intel and amd  but my device is running on intel hd graphic 5500

but i am not able to run any kind of high graphical games in it (which really sucks)

plz help me to solve this issue...
