HP Recommended

Hi,  HP laptop is 15 months old.  Just in the last month the keyboard is lagging.  When I type anything it takes it's time-like one second between each letter.  The scrolling of the screen is the same -very slow.  Model is 15 inch touch screen.  I have rebooted and removed unwanted
