the bottom row keys not working z x c v m shift not working ,Hp.F7R63EA#ABU upgraded from 8.1 i think to windows 10 help me

laptop keys not working .

OK,I went into divce maneger and took off the hidden things under keyboard ,restarted still have no  z x c v  m , . / shift or space bar,, However  i do have more problems,

 

it would tell me the display drivers has stopped working and has sucess fully recovered  but it has been doing this like every two hours some times more what can i do and yes i have upgraded to windows 10,   my machine/laptop is ,,, HP Pavilion 17-e153sa Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR  ,,,,http://prnt.sc/b3b367   .......iwent o hp site and dowm loaded drivers but apparently windows said my drivers are all up to date ,, i cant  fix anything ,,,,

Thank you for the quick reply!

 

Let us try to tackle the situation with the keyboard first, as it may be hardware related.  Try running the UEFI Component Tests, to check the keyboard hardware.  You can use this document to help you: HP Notebook PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 10, 😎
