Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop is 2 years old have windows 10 education . From 2-3 days my laptop suddenly turns off below 25% battery without notification and do not start until plugged charger but battery shows 25% when start , I have done battery diagnosis it shows fine , tried battery calibration also bios update but didn't help , please help

Having the laptop automatically shut down when the battery is below 25% is not unusual.
Does it charge up to more than that, or is it at 25% all the time?
