Hi:
HP rarely updates drivers on consumer class models unless there is a known issue with the drivers on the support page, or a new update of the operating system causes the available drivers to not work anymore.
You can use the latest graphics driver directly from Intel.
If you want to know how to do that, please let me know, and I will give you the step by step instructions.
You can't just run the installation file.

OK, here is what you need to do...
First make a system restore point so you can roll back to the current driver if necessary.
Download the latest Intel ZIP file graphics driver from the link below...2nd file down on the left side of the page.
Version: 26.20.100.6890 (Latest) Date: 5/29/2019

Unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), and the driver should install.
Be patient as the driver installation can take a few minutes to install.
After the driver installation is complete, restart the PC.
I also recommend that you install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), which will give you the updated drivers for the intel hardware your PC has.

For me, on the last two graphics driver updates, the utility notified me of the graphics driver update, I downloaded it and the utility automatically installed it for me.
So, this may be the last time you need to manually update the driver.
