hello sir,

i have recieved the laptop from amazon as a gift.the notebook  model is 15q-ds 0026tu and product number IS 6AF82PA#ACJ and serial number is [Personal Information Removed].

i am unable to use MS office and its applications..can you tell me why is this?

Which does not have MS Office pre-installed.

 

Looks like it is a 3 years old machine and MS Office on it was a TRIAL version which only valid for the first 30 or 60 days.

 

You can't use it now. If you wish, you can pay MS to get update version.
