Product: HP mt21 Mobile Thin Client
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to use this laptop to setup a kiosk for a user. I am able to setup the kiosk mode with HP shell, but here's the problem: when I reboot the laptop, it removes kiosk mode and all changes I've made. How do I stop the laptop from resetting everything back to default when it reboots?
