my hp pauses and plays videos by its own

help me as soon as possible my laptop is pausing and playing videos by its own and i dont know why or what to do!

What do you mean by "pauses" -- please provide some details.

 

As to the videos, are these saved locally or are these being streamed from the Internet?  You can disconnect the Internet by removing the ethernet cable or disconnecting WiFi and seeing if the videos stop.  If they do, that means your primary Browser has been hacked and we can do nothing from here to fix that.

 

You can do online searches for ways to fix that, but they all are a lot of work.

Even i have the same issue. The issue is also present in safe mode. called an HP engineer, he came and formatted and resinstalled the Latest Windows 10. problem stopped for a month. now it has started again. Its like something is triggering it.
