I have been contacting hp support from last 10 days and they just telling me to perfrom several tasks . resulting that they cannot fix my issue as well as they told me install new os and software and CONGRATS, HP SUPPORT MY NEW LAPTOP IS PERFORMING SLOW RESPONSE AND MY BATTERY ISSUE THAT SHUTTING DOWN AT 3%AND STARTING AT 3% IS STILL THERE ....
you just provided me with new problem....
