my laptop get turn off when i unplug the charger

sometimes my laptop get to turn off when I unplug the charger. when I take it to the service center there did some setting and give it back to me and then the same issue have appeared then so I have done the factory rest after 2 days the issue occurs.

Hello,

 

  1. Try downloading HP Support Assistant and perform battery test/diagnostics >> https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
  2. Try to calibrate the battery >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04700771
  3. Reinstall the battery driver in Windows as per these instructions (check the solution in Green) >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/can-t-run-on-good-battery/m-p/7...

 

If the above does not help, PC needs to be open in service center and battery may need to be checked if connected well and no issues. Battery might need to be replaced.
