Product: HP Stream - 14-cb172wm

just recently started failing every time I time to download. It won't even download/install McAfee. I had read that it is my firewall blocking it some way. I've tried to change setting, turn everything off then back on, uninstall & reinstall. I would love some real-time assistance but haven't found a way to do that either
