You misunderstand our role here. We are not HP Tech Support, nor do we have any way to send Technicians out for repairs. We are only a self-help peer-to-peer Community forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP.
HP does not do out-of-warranty repairs, so there is no point in trying to contact them.
You would need to find a local laptop repair shop to do any repairs.
