I just bought a new laptop with an year Microsoft office 365 personal

After the first time opening a Microsoft Office application, the register Microsoft office personal for a year appeared.  

When I tried to register, I've got the option to change the 1 yr personal to a 9 months Microsoft Family  (this is wat I wanted, because this is active in our family)

After changing to the account where the already bought Microsoft family account is registred to, the option dissapeared.
Now also the registration of the free year has dissapeard, when opening an office application.

 

 

How can i get back into the registration of the year Microsoft Office to claim the Office 365 time?
