Product: hp laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

new laptop that came with office 365 offer. however cannot access the offer in microsoft.com.  

I already own Office professional on another pc and it is the only one that shows with microsoft.

Are you sure it is not a TRIAL version ?  By the way, what is your machine ?
