IF you're talking about migrating accounts, settings, and apps from one PC to another, the ONLY way to do that is using special software designed for the purpose.
If have used two different products, Laplink PC Mover Pro and EaseUS ToDo Pc Transfer -- and find the second to be much better than the first -- but they both cost money and there are no free alternatives.
