Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc is running on bios firmware version F.53 but when I'm searching for updated software with my device serial number, only outdated software is listed. The website is still listed bios firmware version F.51 (instead of F.53) as the latest version available.

Similarly, the same issue is applicable to all other software. HP support assistant app is also not showing a list of outdated or updated software.Screenshot 2023-02-17 175553.pngScreenshot 2023-02-17 172942.png
